Can't activate in Blender 4.0.2 #221

Describe the bug Recieving tracestack error when I click the checkbox to enable 1.0.12 in Blender

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Add-On > Building tools
  2. Click on checkbox to activate
  3. See error: already registered as a subclass "addon updater install popup"
