XBMC 8.10 Atlantis on Windows + MythBox SVN 658  fails with module 'msvcrt'
not found.

Python bundled with XBMC 8.10 Atlantis doesn't look like it was linked with
msvcrt.lib.  However, SVN trunk version of XBMC works fine.  

Workaround is to use XBMC SVN Trunk build. See README (Windows Install section) 
for
locations of where to download SBMC SVN Trunk binaries.
