handle same PMID on multiple edges #82

Looking at this https://arax.ncats.io/?r=69b34af0-f266-43bf-af86-2be033958b9a

The highest score has three edges connecting the nodes. But all three are supported by the same PMID. So we're vastly overweighting this one paper.
