Redundant-appearing support edges #277

If there is a rule for A-p-B that includes A-q-B and q is a superclass of p then when you run that rule, you are likely to get back A-p-B and return the actual lookup as a support edge.

Possibly the case for https://github.com/NCATSTranslator/Feedback/issues/834

For treats we addressed this by modifying rules; we might need a more generic solution for these ones...
