Enable horizontal node movement #2

It's pretty confining to only be able to move them up and down.

We can add a graph option dropdown similar to the aggregate graph that has a hierarchical checkbox. Default will be checked, but you can go uncheck it so that you can move the nodes wherever you want.

Why would you want it checked? i.e. why do you want to not be able to move the nodes?
