Add MangoHud #8

Tweaked DXVK Hud text to show MangoHud compatibility.

Also expanded descriptions in dropdown menus. The menu entries now show the SettingsDescriptionAttribute FriendlyName - Description, instead of just FriendlyName. If description is empty or "dummy", it's left off.
