Sleek not showing todo.txt if it was safed in some other applications such as TextEdit on macOS #377

Is it an actual bug? Yes

Did you check if the bug has already been reported? Yes

Describe the bug When saving a once loaded todo.txt, with or without changes, in an external application, such as TextEdit or Swiftodo (iOS), sleek will not display the file anymore. Instead, the start-screen is shown. When attempting to open the todo.txt again, it is shown as selected.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load todo.txt
  2. Make changes, save and close sleek
  3. Open same todo.txt in TextEdit, just safe and close TextEdit
  4. Open sleek again

Do you see any error entries in sleeks developer tools? No, just some matomo.js entries which are shown in any case.

@thgie You said you're editing the file on iOS as well. How do you sync the file to your desktop environment? I'm asking because it wouldn't be the first time, sleeks file watcher is having issues with sync solutions like Dropbox. Although I thought we fixed this quite some tinme ago.
