URL conversion (403) forbidden #419

I have several links in my todo.txt that link to password protected pages (specifically google drive). Those urls linking to google drive are rendered as: "Error 403 (Forbidden)!!1".

Similarly password protected URLs, such as gmail render as "Gmail: Private and secure email at no cost | Google Workspace".

This happened when I updated from 1.2.1 to 1.2.3, probably related to https://github.com/ransome1/sleek/issues/387.

1.2.2-rc.1 mentions this change (https://github.com/ransome1/sleek/releases/tag/v1.2.2-rc.1) and that there is a way to disable this in settings. I cannot find the option to disable it in 1.2.3.

@mshuflin This feature is being disabled by default in the next version, but gets a option in settings to activate it, if needed.
