/submit should not automatically redirect to google oauth

This is a nice to have.

If you go to /submit and you're not logged in yet, you get automatically redirected to google login.
It's kind of surprising UX wise IMO.

I think a better approach is that if a user isn't logged in, show a big [G | Login] button and say that google login is required to submit.
