JAWS For Windows screen reader NEEDS to be drastically improved. Overall keyboard accessibility is not what it should be. #1410

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?
I should be able to navigate the file transfers window fully with the keyboard. 
I can not access the contents of the Incoming or Outgoing tabs which is a 
problem for us blind users. General JAWS or other screen reader accessibility 
NEEDS to be drastically improved and not just for this component.

What happens instead?
Check boxes, text fields [edit and read-only], list boxes, combo boxes and all 
other attributes need proper fixing or implementing so I as a blind user know 
EXACTLY what I am checking/unchecking, selecting/de-selecting, editing/deleting 
and everything else.

Could this be fixed? along with the fact that miranda seems to cut off contacts 
ids for all screen readers? this is not a jaws issue. I know this lies with 
miranda.
