[JABBER] Request for all users vcards at logon #1591

In corporate networks, where roster have generating automatically on server, 
vcards not loaded automatically
User must manually open "user details" window for request vcard
Otherwise, details will not be visible in the tooltips and other components, 
which shows contacts details.

Is it possible to add option which will request all users vcards at logon?
