Miranda 0.9.x-0.10.x can`t connect across ISA-proxy under Windows 95 with IE3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run Miranda 0.9.x-0.10.x ansi under Windows 95 with IE3
2.try to connect to ICQ-server
3.miranda show error:unable to connect to ICQ login server (error 1460)

What is the expected result?
Miranda must connect to ICQ server across ISA-proxy as Miranda 0.6.8-0.8.27 ansi

What happens instead?
Begin v0.9.x Miranda ansi can`t connect across ISA-proxy under Windows 95 IE3!

Please change back compatible (please see source changes from 0.8.27 to 0.9) 
with Windows 95 IE3 for next version of Miranda!

Are you serious? You are using Windows 95? You have much more problems than 
that...

YES!!! I use Win95 on some PC`s! I found and use Miranda because only Miranda 
can work under Win95-98-NT4! I work under Win2000-WinXP too... So Your question 
is inappropriate. And You must read attentively system requirements for Miranda 
ansi!!!

Do you noticed "HTTP/1.1 407 Proxy Authentication Required " text in 
netlog.txt? You need to specify your proxy login and password, and make sure 
your proxy allows connections to login.icq.com (port 443). Also you can try 
non-SSL connection through proxy in case SSL was disabled on your proxy.

login and password enter OK, proxy allows and set connections to login.icq.com 
with port 443, also set non-SSL connection through proxy - it`s not work. Under 
Win2k this config work OK. Part of source code was lost at transition from 
Miranda 0.8.27 ansi to 0.9 ansi. So I ask to change back this lost part to new 
source. That`s all.
