Unicode URLs #367

ICANN allow unicode URLs now, and I notice the following, I must admit I 
don't know if this is general Windows or a miranda problem.
(Tested with tabSrmm in groupchat mode and single mode with IEView, and 
different browsers (IE 8.0, FX 3.5)

A click on http://www.müller.de (ü = u with a horizontal colon, windows 
char table ARIAL, U+00FC ) works as expected it opens http://www.müller.de 
in the browser. A website with some vertical colorful bars from a web 
designer.

But a click on http://www.műller.de (ű = u with a quotation mark, windows 
char table ARIAL, U+0171) opens http://www.muller.de (a normal latin u ),
the URLs works when you copy and paste the URL in a browser address bar.
"Guten Tag Herr Müller!"

I tested this with 0.9.32 in both tabSRMM and SRMM, and it works. My suspicion: 
You didn't use the Unicode version of Miranda (I verified that it doesn't work 
on the ANSI build).
NB that www.müller.de will still work on the ANSI version because the ü is 
part of that character set (Windows-1252), but the ű is not, so it's replaced 
with u as the closest match. I suggest closing this issue.
