Crash on multible IRC file transfers (spam attack) #403

Getting a file-spam-attack with a Miranda crash happened for me the first
time. Don't know if it's reproducible.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. join IRC server and channel
2. get an file spam attack (simultaneous multiple file transfers)
3. after declining two or three a crash could occur

What is the expected result?
No crash.

What happens instead?
Obvious.

Noticeable: the IRC chat was still working, means I could see others
messages. Didn't try to answer.
Prior (single) file transfer attempts from the spammer where declined by me
without problems.

Maybe related to Issue 242.
