Add "New Group..." to the contact context menu "Move to group"

I would suggest adding an option to move a contact to a new group directly
from the Move to group menu. A dialog would then popup that would prompt
for the name of the new group.

Users using the Full selection on row setting have no way to add a new
group - no keyboard shortcut, no place to right click on the contact list.

The menu structure would look like this:

Contact context menu
- ...
- Move to group
--- Group 1
--- Group 2
--- <separator>
--- New group...
- ...

I would like that for clist_nicer and clist_classic as well.
Could someone assign it as a common issue?
