What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hold down a hotkey (example: show/hide userlist) for a few seconds.
2. Notice that when you release the key, the program will still execute all
the commands given by the hotkey. This can be very annoying because 1)
miranda will eat some system resources and 2) it will grab window focus.

What is the expected result?
The program should execute a show/hide command -once-, and then stop doing it.

What happens instead?
It'll execute constantly, it will build up an amount of 'to-do' hides/shows
for as long as you keep the hotkeys pressed.

Ah, BBCode doesn't work I see. Also, a small addendum: I accidentally removed
"Internet Explorer 6.0.2900", it should go after the shell-line, as such:
