Hyves account type for Jabber plugin #563

In addition to Facebook it would be great to have the Hyves account type
included as well. Just like Facebook, Hyves is a (Dutch) social community
website offering chat by means of the XMPP protocol.

Login Server: hyves.nl
Connection Host: chatslave.hyves.org
Port: 5222

It already works doing it manually but having it as an account type would
be handy.
