ClistM window isn't shown correctly

Miranda Version                  : 0.9.0 alpha build #8
Unicode Build                    : Yes
Test Build # (if applicable)     : 0.9#8 r 11635
Plugin Version # (if applicable) : clist_modern v.0.9.0.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. disable Skin Engine 
2. "normal" window style (tool style main window isn't ticked)
3. restore Miranda from tray

What is the expected result?
Everything is visible right away.

What happens instead?
Some elements of clist and window aren't shown correctly (it concerns:
title bar, status bar, contact list - but NOT toolbar). Screenshots in
attachments.

An interesting thing here is that if I enable "tool style main window"
everything works great.

Seems to work for me (with Win 7 though). The corners are like in picture 2 
until the
window is resized or moved.
