No button visible for 'start the outgoing video stream' #394

No button visible for 'start the outgoing video stream'stions otherwise it
will be rejected (invalid status) by us
b) Please check the issue tacker to avoid duplication
c) Please provide network capture (wireshark) or Android log (DDMS output)
if you want quick response

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Occures always

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see a button for 'start the outgoing video stream' in the 'In Call Screen'. 
Instead of that the screen shows the video stream of the receiver without the 
possibility of showing the Android menu. 
Besides that their is no difference when deselecting the option 'Enable Video 
Full-Screen' under General or choosing another 'Preferred Video Size'. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using version 2.0.509 on a Sony Tablet S device with Android 4.0.3 release 
1 a.
