Category 분류 기능 추가 #6

현재는 tag 단위로만 글이 관리되고 있으나, 추가로 각 글당 1개의 카테고리를 할당하도록 구현하는 것이 목표이다. 이를 위해서는 다음과 같은 기능 구현이 필요해 보인다.
