In between match if hardware gets disconnected #39

1-We can send hardware test command after every shot. If we don't get reply from board..we can give a pop up stating hardware is disconnected..

2-If power comes back then should reconnect and continue (This we had in previous applications).

side issue - Game timer need to reset while moving from sighter to Match mode.
