more contrast for selected article #28

better visibility of the selected line for older people.
currently you see well which is selected, but text is badly readable. A 
solution might be white or grey text with darker background. Maybe also another 
selection colour would be sufficient.
this should also be a swing theme issue.

Konvertierung des Zeichensatzes bisher nur über LibreOffice gelungen.
Automatische Variante im ETL-Prozess muss umgesetzt werden.

giving to Harald - issues 1 & 28 would be best solved by setting OpenbravoPOS 
to "Windows" skin and setting theme & font size in windows
