Echo Voucher remaining value & book real payment #38

When paying with voucher, it would be helpful to tell the clerk "Remaining 
value of voucher xx EUR. Please write in the voucher."

This might also be something you could help with...
Problem is bigger than it sounds: currently there is no remaining value for 
voucher.
So if you buy fo 9,50EUR and pay with voucher 10EUR, the 10EUR is put to 
payments. You can also see this in close cash window.
Correct would be to display a message with the remaining value and book only 
the real amount (like above 9,50) in payments.

r90 - as for cash, if the value given (value of voucher) is bigger than ticket 
total, in payment is stored only the needed value; the remaining value is 
displayed (as with cash-change) - so the shop assistant can make new voucher 
with that value

fixed mixed payment (first voucher, then cash)
only echo when > 0
improve German ;-)
