Payment via Card: wait for success #41

When paying with card, a popup should appear: payment successful Y/N, on N 
return to payments panel, on Y do the payment.

Is this necessary? 
See the picture - the text reads: make the payment, then press ok. 

We can even add: "In the case the card transaction failed: Press 'Cancel' or 
select different payment menthod."

Yes it is - we know our specialists :-)
I already modified the german text to "Press OK only if it was sucessful".
But still we said we are sure they will press OK and only then try card 
payment; if it fails they cannot change the ticket anymore!

I added and commited a message
  message.paymentgatewayextsuccessful

Could you pleas add a yes/no dialog and _prevent_ that payment is executed 
before the diaog is confirmed with yes?
