ISO added to managed items twice when matched on second scan #16

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a datastore
  2. Scan
  3. Make sure managed items is added to the add
  4. Add the catalog item with matching sha256sum
  5. Scan the datastore again
  6. Item will appear twice in managed items

Expected behavior: managed item will be updated with the relationship to the catalog item
