Package Names #1

Hi @raphaabreu,

could you please publish you packages not under the HotChocolate.* package names. This really interferes with our work. We are at the moment talking to the nuget team to block new of those packages. It would be great if you published them under your own name so people get not confused and we also are free to create new type packages.

Further, you can list your extensions with our project as community extensions so you get more traction.
