merging dev2 with main for new DeCiFer release. Changes include allowing users to fit beta-binomial parameters by passing additional arguments to DeCiFer (as opposed to running a separate function and passing the output file to DeCiFer) and fixing a bug related to rescaling DCF/CCF values by sample purity.
