Questions about the result of structural variant #10

hi , guys I am analysising structural variant with a bacterial genome if the cluster must be at least two of the read with the same structural variant , then we will analysis the structural variant in the cluster the one of NumPairs should be filtered by the multibreak-sv why the result had NumPairs ?
