Update iwlwifi firmware to version 17 #185

Version 17 is needed for kernel 4.9.0+.

This is from the kernel.org linux-firmware git repository; see https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git Specifically commit 350a1921e5b84df015283a49120efa43c20a9545.

This fixes github issue #178.
