Specify v4.16.7
Remove out-of-date note regarding sound.conf
Replace out-of-date sound scripts with commands instead

Thanks! note that the version of the kernel is correct (the version of the AUR package does not necessarily match the version of the kernel). Please revert that change and I'll merge the other changes.
