I gave them a try. I'm sticking with Eagle for now, but I look forward to a free tool being better. It's just a matter of time!

Ah yeah, I imagine the tools for working are still much better for proprietary software, but was just thinking it might be worth uploading your schematics to help people discover them and fork them more easily :)

Eagle is free and has been for a long time. I upload all of my schematics+board layouts to github.
Does upverter read eagle files directly? Or do I have to start using eagle 6 (they changed to xml for file formats)
