Menu falls off the page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click and select menus on an class that is at the bottom of the page
2. The menus do not fit on the page and it's difficult to scroll the page
3. Scroll bars appear - but if you move the mouse to click on them the menu
disappears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expect the menu to move itself to ensure it fits on the page 

What version of the product are you using? On what browser ? On what
operating system?

OS: Vista SP2
Browser: FF 3.0.11
