We will need to update this to specify the exact machine types that we want.

@raphaeldussin: I have added a new node pool to the cluster here: https://console.cloud.google.com/kubernetes/clusters/details/us-central1-b/ocean-pangeo-io-cluster?project=pangeo-181919&tab=details&persistent_volumes_tablesize=50&storage_class_tablesize=50&nodes_tablesize=50

If we merge this, I hope it will give us the option to have different-sized notebook VMs.

Do we have a dev / production branch for this cluster? Is that working here?
