Hi raphaelm, is there anything needed to be able to merge this PR?

Bundesbank is expiring the older versions on 2024-11-17 so maybe I can help you with moving this PR foward :)

I approved, hoping this PR gets merged quickly. We would need the format PAIN.001.001.09 from 2024-03-17.
