Translation to Polish language #40

I created a translation of QRedshift into Polish. I tested it and it works fine.

I'll see if I can send this to the linux mint repository this week... People makes pull requests there and I have sync files by hand... I really appreciate when people makes pull requests here... it makes my life easier.
