Position data of cones #4

Get the position of the cones images in cone-track and write them into a .p2dfile.

Not all cones are in every image. There are in total 14 cones. First I will annotate the images with numbers to get the correct order and save those images in a different folder as they "cant" be used for reconstruction. Then I will get the position(the coordinates of the pixel ) of the cone tips for every image and write them in a .p2d file
