Cannot flash firmware version 3.6 #3

The first time I tried I hadn't the management tool updated. Then I updated it but even after that I'm getting an "update failed" while trying to update to firmware version 3.6. It always fails before reaching 30%.

I'm using Win 7.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I guess I've figured it out. Even though I had the adapter manager updated, I was still using the old one to flash the new firmware. Somehow when I performed the manager update it stil kept the old version.

So in my start menu I have two folders: raphnet-tech GC-N64 adapter manager (the old one) and raphnet-tech adapter manager (the new one). When I used the new one the firmware flashed with no issues.

Maybe you should leave a warning about this in the update instructions.

I will unistall the old manager version.
