Add vspcplay.exe to .gitignore. #13

I get that this one is very minor. I'm going to do some changes to the Makefiles so that only one thing in a shared makefile needs to change in the Makefile to make both builds work but that's in the future and future is not now.

Thank you, this is minor but useful. The .exe ought to be in .gitignore.
