[Library] Add 3Box Extensions for Decentralized Content Management System #57

Add the 3box-extensions module as dependency and finish the content management system started in 1 Million Developers.

I believe this has been done, right @KamesCG ? Think I saw a git commit with a message along these lines

Mostly. I added the 3Box module and provider, and added the forms for CMS.

I still need to wire up a few more hooks/callbacks for full integration, but yeah 90% complete.
