In Scope User can click a button to "Complete the Quest" Application checks whether or not the user has performed the specific on-chain action. Application notifies the user whether or not the specific on-chain action was completed.

Out of Scope Reward the user for performing the on-chain action (in-scope for this Sprint but covered in a separate test)
