Summary

ChromeKatz is ~Mimikatz for Chrome engine browsers.

Motivation

Cookies are delicious and in the case of offsec work incredibly nutritious/time-saving.

While printing cookies to screen will work, we'd prob want to save them to the DB as well. Unfortunately, there are no mechanics for this. I mapped out some ideas on adding that here: #13320
