HTTP/2 prospect #9485

Apparently there's a pure Ruby http-2 gem. Anyone have the stomach to wire this into Rex::Proto::Http? @Igrigorik has all the meat written there already, and the "proper" way is to implement the parts we dont have (with credit to the author of the implementation), instead of the abomination i created with net/http overrides (not merged, in the PRs).
