The installation stops here and nothing else happens after #591

Hello. I am trying to install metasploitable3 using the build method, but eventually it comes to this and nothing else happens in the installation. Is been like this for hours, but nothing happen. I tried before and if I cancel it deletes the box instead. Please help I dont know how to get further than this.

This stage may take a few minutes, you have to wait, the launched virtualbox instance will automatically disappear; I am not sure but it could be that the packer have problem with the execution policy in your powershell - check it by Get-ExecutionPolicy if it is Restricted, you might change it to RemoteSigned. Apparently all is to build the vagrant box, looking at what you shared, I say an important part is yet to come which is creating the vagrant box and copying files.
