Add new database dhcp_vendor_class #356

Enables device identification using broadcast DHCP messages.

Uses strings from the vi_vendor_class field in DHCP client discover, request and inform messages.

Added sample fingerprints with examples. Associated changes to the identifiers directory

@modoyle-r7 - I'm going to go ahead and land this PR. Thanks tons for your extreme patience with the delays. @mkienow-r7 is Recog's new owner and once he is up to speed these will be handled in a timely manner.
