Update recently deprecated o:redhat:fedora_core CPE

Description

Updates os.vendor and os.product parameter values on fingerprints for the recently deprecated o:redhat:fedora_core CPE. The OS vendor remap was added to improve fingerprint readability ("Fedora Project" rather than "FedoraProject").
