Description

Adds HTTP server fingerprint for Microsoft Azure Application Gateway.

See What is Azure Application Gateway? for more information on the service. Based on the Feature comparison between v1 SKU and v2 SKU it appears there have been at least two versions of the service, although, I don't have samples from the v1 server header.
