DHCP vendor_class Xerox Printers

Update fingerprint based on new examples, mainly case insensitive matches.

Update for Typ=Printer (uppercase P) Case insensitive for Mfg, Typ, Mod, Ser and Loc Support 10 digit serial numbers with example Added Typ=AIO
