Add Bitwarden Server fingerprints

Description

Adds two Bitwarden Server fingerprints. In addition, this modifies the scope of a spec test since it was causing a failure due to the service.product parameter value Server being considered unhelpful.

Notes

Fingerprinted Bitwarden Server Version 2022.12.0.
