Add support to NetBIOS Session Service #122

This PR adds support to NetBIOS Session Service.

This fixes #119.

Verification Steps

[x] bundle install
[x] Verify you can request a NetBIOS session with NBNAME and perform a SMB negotiate to a remote server with ruby examples/negotiate_with_netbios_service.rb <ip-address> <NBNAME>
rake spec
[x] rake spec
[x] VERIFY no failures
