Added Initial Feature Tests for Login Page #31

added feature spec to test login page
added auth_logic_helper.rb to support feature specs which require login func
fixes #14
moved 'create new project' to top of container for better ui experience

All tests appear to be passing:

Finished in 1.78 seconds (files took 2.79 seconds to load)
43 examples, 0 failures
